Connected to Swiggy, Zomato, and POS data. AI analyses last 90 days of orders, factors in day of week, weather, local events, and seasonal trends. Every night at 10pm, generates exact portion predictions for next day.

Phase 2 - Automated Supplier Ordering:

Based on demand forecast, system automatically generates purchase orders for each supplier and sends via WhatsApp at 10:30pm. Supplier confirms by 6am. Zero phone calls.

Phase 3 - Staff Alert System:

Every staff member checks in via WhatsApp at 6am. No check-in by 6:15am triggers immediate alert to operations manager with replacement staff suggestions.

Phase 4 - Daily Operations Brief:
